Graduating from Residency in 21 Days – Helping Others Match
How one chapter ends, another begins — reflecting on my journey and the applicants who continue to inspire me.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my journey, aside from the long hours and demanding rotations, has been helping residency and fellowship applicants gain entry into their dream programs. Whether through personalized coaching, mentorship, application review, or editing personal statements and ERAS CVs, supporting applicants throughout the Match process has given my work meaning beyond the hospital.
Residency training is tough, and some days are downright exhausting. But waking up to messages of gratitude, glowing reviews, and Match success stories made it all worthwhile.
